Yes. If you are in Sofia and need the thermometer urgently, please contact us by phone. If possible, we can arrange a personal delivery on the same day.

On a single charge, the battery lasts approximately 5 to 7 days of continuous operation, depending on usage. Typically, 10-14 nights of 12-hour operation.

The most common reason is that not all necessary permissions have been granted to the app.

Please check that you have allowed:

• Bluetooth access;
• Location access (if required by the device);
• Other permissions requested by the app during initial setup.

Check that:

• The phone is not muted;
• Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled;
• The app is allowed notifications in the phone settings.

In most cases, the problem is easily solved from the Settings menu on the phone.

According to the factory specifications, the Bluetooth range is up to 10 meters under ideal conditions.

In practice, we have found that the device works most reliably when the phone is in the same room as the child.

A new functionality for sharing measurements to a second phone is expected by the end of the year. This way, one phone can remain next to the child as a buffer device, and you will be able to monitor the temperature from another phone even when you are away from home.

We recommend silicone patches, especially for babies and young children with more sensitive skin.

Their advantages are:

• Easier to apply and remove;
• Less risk of skin irritation;
• More comfortable to wear during prolonged use.

They are suitable for both daily use and for continuous temperature monitoring during illness.

Yes. Smart Care is designed specifically for continuous temperature monitoring throughout the day and night.

The thermometer is lightweight, comfortable, and attaches to the body with a medical or silicone patch, without disturbing the child's sleep. The data is automatically sent to your phone in real time, so you can monitor the temperature without waking the child for additional measurements.

Each box contains:

• 1 pc. smart thermometer;
• 20 pcs. disposable silicone patches;
• Storage box;
• Instructions for use.

If necessary, you can order additional patch sets directly from our store.

For best comfort and a secure fit, we recommend changing the patch every 8–9 hours.

With more active children, sweating, or prolonged wear, the patch may lose some of its stickiness more quickly. In this case, replace it with a new one.

Regularly changing the patches ensures better comfort for the child and a more secure fit of the thermometer to the body.
