General terms and conditions of delivery

Deliveries of orders from the online store Thermo Smart EOOD are carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through the courier company Speedy.

The delivery price is not included in the basic price equivalent of the products and is calculated automatically when finalizing your order on the payment page.

All orders are processed after confirmation. Please provide a valid and accurate contact phone number when filling in your details.

Processing and shipping orders

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. The shipping schedule is:

• Same day: For all orders placed by 5:00 PM on a business day.
• Next business day: For orders registered in our system after 5:00 PM.

Orders placed during official weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official holidays are processed and prepared for shipment on the first following business day.

Delivery methods and times

During the order, you can choose the most convenient method of receipt for you:

• Delivery to a personal or business address: The shipment is delivered directly to the door within the courier's official working hours. It is recommended that you specify an address where you or a person authorized by you will be able to receive the shipment.
• Delivery to an office or Speedy ATM: You can choose a specific office convenient for you, from where you can pick up your order within the working hours of the relevant branch.

Delivery time: After handing over the shipment to the courier, delivery is made within 1 to 2 business days for most of the settlements in the country. Slight deviations from this period are possible for smaller or remote settlements according to the courier company's service schedule.

Payment methods

For your maximum convenience and security, we support two main payment methods:

1. Cash on delivery (cash or card): Payment is made directly to the courier upon physical receipt of the shipment at the address or in the office.

2. Online with debit or credit card: Secure payment in real time during the finalization of the order on the site.

Important information and responsibilities

Please check the integrity of the package and the box immediately upon receipt in the presence of the courier for possible transport defects.

Thermo Smart EOOD is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Incorrect, incomplete or erroneous delivery data submitted by the customer.
• Inability to establish telephone contact with the customer by our team or the courier.
• Force majeure or internal technical delays in the logistics network of the courier company.
